Premium Email Hosting Plan
* Email hosting plans are billed annually. Email hosting can be used with domains registered through Global MCS or another domain registrar. Domains registered elsewhere must be configured with the required DNS records before email service can be activated. Additional mailboxes or storage may be available upon request, depending on plan and account requirements.
Flexible Solutions for Your Business or Personal Email
Reliable, mobile-ready email hosting designed for everyday business and personal communication.
Access Anywhere, Anytime
Access your professional email from desktop, tablet, and mobile devices using webmail or a supported email application. IMAP synchronization keeps folders, sent messages, and read status consistent across devices.
Custom Domain Email
Use addresses such as name@yourdomain.com to present a consistent, professional identity. Create aliases, forwarding rules, and auto-responders where supported.
Spam & Malware Filtering
Spam and malware filtering analyzes incoming messages and helps reduce unwanted email, phishing attempts, and malicious attachments. No filtering system can identify every threat, so continue to exercise caution with links and attachments.
Plesk Mailbox Management
Create mailboxes, manage passwords, set storage limits, and configure forwarding through the Plesk control panel.
Webmail Browser Access
Check and manage your email from any modern browser without installing additional software.
Secure SSL/TLS Protocols
Connect supported accounts using secure IMAP, POP3, and SMTP settings with SSL/TLS. SMTP authentication is required for sending messages.
Improved Email Deliverability
We can help configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain when supported. These authentication standards help receiving mail providers verify legitimate messages and reduce the likelihood of spoofing and delivery problems.
SPF (Sender Policy Framework)
An SPF TXT record identifies authorized mail servers permitted to send email on behalf of your domain name, preventing unauthorized senders from forging your address.
DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)
DKIM adds a cryptographic digital signature to outbound messages, allowing recipient mail servers to verify that the message was genuinely sent by your domain and unchanged in transit.
DMARC Policy
DMARC ties SPF and DKIM together, giving domain owners instructions on how receiving servers should treat unauthenticated messages and providing delivery reports.
What to Expect From Email Hosting
Key information regarding storage allocation, device configuration, and account policies.
Mailbox Storage Allocations
Each plan provides a dedicated storage allocation for every created mailbox (e.g., 512 MB, 1 GB, or 2 GB per mailbox). Mailbox quotas can be managed in Plesk. If your team requires larger individual mailboxes, higher plan tiers provide increased capacity per mailbox.
Email Forwarding & Aliases
You can set up email forwards or domain aliases at no additional charge. Forwards pass incoming messages directly to external email addresses without taking up server storage space, while aliases direct messages to an existing mailbox on your domain.
Mailbox Backups & Archive Management
Mailbox backups are not intended to replace an independent archive. Contact support for information about available restoration options and retention periods, and keep independent copies of important messages.
Mailbox Migration & Advanced Services
Email hosting includes domain-based mailboxes, webmail access, supported client connections, filtering, and Plesk management. Migration services, advanced archiving, compliance retention, calendar and contacts, catch-all addresses, and expanded storage may be available separately.
Infrastructure Monitoring (24/7)
Our email hosting infrastructure is monitored continuously for service availability and technical issues. Monitoring does not mean every mailbox is actively managed at all times.
Technical Support
We provide assistance with account setup, DNS configuration, mailbox access, and supported email clients. Contact support for migration, restoration, or other services that may require additional review.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try your email hosting service for 30 days. If it does not meet your needs, contact us to request a refund, subject to the Terms of Service and applicable exclusions. Domain registrations, setup fees, add-on services, and usage-related charges may not be refundable.
