How to set up email on Apple iOS Devices (iPhone & iPad - iOS 17, 18 & iPadOS)

Configure your Global MCS mailbox in the native Apple Mail app on iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch:

1. Open Settings on your iOS device → scroll down and tap Mail → tap Accounts → tap Add Account.
2. Select Other from the list of account providers, then tap Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your account details:
   • Name: Your full name or business name (as you want recipients to see).
   • Email: Your full email address (e.g., you@yourdomain.com).
   • Password: Your email password.
   • Description: A nickname for the account (e.g., Work Email).
4. Tap Next. Make sure IMAP is selected at the top tab.
5. Enter Server Information:
   • Incoming Mail Server: Host Name: webmail.globalmcs.net • Username: Your full email address • Password: Your email password.
   • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): Host Name: webmail.globalmcs.net • Username: Your full email address (required) • Password: Your email password (required).
6. Tap Next. iOS will verify the SSL certificates. If prompted with a certificate notice, tap Trust / Continue.
7. Enable Mail (and optionally Notes), then tap Save.
