AI can help a business organize ideas and draft content, but a fast draft is not automatically a useful article. Readers need accurate answers grounded in what the business actually does. Treat generated text as a working document that requires verification and editing.
Begin with a customer question
Collect questions from sales calls, support requests, and website inquiries. Choose one that you can answer from direct experience. An AI tool can suggest an outline or show where an explanation feels incomplete, but it cannot supply a client outcome you have not measured.
Verify before publishing
Check product features, prices, dates, laws, platform behavior, and quotations against primary sources. Remove statistics without a traceable source. If the article describes your process, ask the person who does the work to review it. Keep confidential customer information out of public prompts unless you have permission and an appropriate tool.
Add information only you can provide
A short, specific example, annotated screenshot, or description of a real decision can be more useful than several pages of generic advice. Explain tradeoffs and when the guidance does not apply. Link to a related page when the reader needs a next step, such as evaluating whether a website needs work.
Review performance after publication with Search Console and customer feedback. Improve the answer when you learn something new; do not change a date merely to make unchanged content appear current.
