Web Design & Development FAQs
Questions regarding our 8-step design process, custom sample drafts, revisions, and eCommerce.
How does the Web Design process work?
Our published process covers: 1. Free custom sample draft; 2. Contact form; 3. Initial consultation call; 4. Proposal; 5. Project questionnaire; 6. Staging draft and revisions; 7. Agreement and launch; 8. Review of the initial draft with no obligation to proceed.
The free initial concept comes before contract or payment. Confirm the paid project's deliverables, revision allowance, timeline, and acceptance arrangements in your proposal and agreement. The free-draft offer is not a blanket refund guarantee for completed work.
What is the Free Custom Sample offer?
We offer a free custom draft concept before you sign a contract or pay. If you choose not to proceed after reviewing the initial sample, there is no obligation. The initial concept is the free offer; confirm the scope, revisions, schedule, and price of any subsequent work in the proposal and agreement.
Will my new website be mobile-friendly?
Yes. Our website packages include responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. Layouts adapt to different screen sizes; agree on any specialized device, browser, or application requirements during planning so they can be included in the project's testing scope.
What is your 30-Day Money Back Guarantee?
Our Terms of Service describe a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for eligible hosting packages. If the service falls short of your expectations, a refund may be requested within 30 days of initial service activation.
This is not a promise that every plan, web-design project, domain, or other service is refundable. Review your service order, quote, and applicable terms, and contact us to confirm eligibility and request a review. The free initial web-design draft is a separate offer with no obligation to proceed.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Start by sharing your current website address, what is working, what needs improvement, and the goals for the new site. We can discuss a focused improvement or a custom redesign, with the platform and features chosen for your needs.
The proposal should identify which content, integrations, and URLs will be retained or migrated, along with the launch plan. Review our web design services or contact us to discuss your existing site.
Can I keep my domain name and business email?
Yes. A website project does not automatically require a domain-registration transfer or an email-provider change. Tell us where your domain, DNS, website, and email are currently managed so the launch can be planned around the services you want to keep.
Before changing hosting or nameservers, review and preserve the required email and other DNS records. Any migration work and responsibility for DNS changes should be agreed in the project scope. Do not send passwords or transfer authorization codes in chat.
How much will my website cost, and how long will it take?
Review the current website packages as a starting point. The final cost and schedule depend on page count, functionality, content readiness, integrations, and revision needs.
We discuss your requirements and provide a proposal defining the agreed deliverables, price, milestones, and timeline. Confirm recurring hosting and any separate software or third-party costs before committing. An initial inquiry or demo does not establish a fixed delivery date or final project price.
Can you help with website content, SEO, and visibility in AI search?
Our website packages include content insertion from client-provided text and images, with on-page search optimization varying by package. Tell us if you need writing, editing, content planning, or additional search work so it can be scoped in the proposal.
Clear, useful pages, accurate business information, and an accessible site structure can support discovery. If visibility in AI-generated search answers is a goal, discuss that during planning. Search rankings, indexing, traffic, leads, and inclusion or placement in AI answers cannot be guaranteed.
Can I see a website demo for my industry?
Browse our website demo directory and use the industry filters to explore design ideas and features.
Your website is custom-built for your business. If you like a particular layout or feature from a demo, we can recreate it as part of your custom design. Share the demo link and the details you like when you contact us.
Who owns the finished website?
Confirm ownership and handover in the written proposal and agreement before work begins. Ask what rights you receive to the custom design, code, and content; what files or administrator access will be delivered; and whether any conditions apply.
Third-party software, fonts, stock media, and platform services may have their own licenses. The agreement should distinguish those items from your own materials and custom project deliverables. This FAQ does not replace or create ownership terms.
What happens after launch: hosting, support, and maintenance?
The published website packages include one year of general-purpose cloud hosting, selected for the website's requirements. Hosting renews annually after the first year. Domain registration, business email, premium software, and third-party services are billed separately.
Post-launch support and revision allowances depend on the selected package and agreement. Discuss ongoing content updates, software maintenance, backups, and support responsibilities in your proposal; do not assume unlimited maintenance is included. Use the Client Dashboard for account and billing management, and Plesk for enabled hosting controls.
How do I get started with a website project?
