How to set up email on Android Devices (Samsung, Google Pixel, Android 14 & 15)

Set up your Global MCS email using the Gmail app or Samsung Email app on any Android device:

1. Open the Gmail app (or Samsung Email) → tap your profile avatar in the top right → select Add another account.
2. On the Set up email screen, choose Other.
3. Enter your full email address (e.g., you@yourdomain.com) → tap Manual setup → choose Personal (IMAP).
4. Enter your email account password and tap Next.
5. Incoming Server Settings:
   • Username: Your full email address.
   • Server: webmail.globalmcs.net
   • Port: 993 • Security type: SSL/TLS (or SSL/TLS - accept all certificates).
   Tap Next.
6. Outgoing Server Settings:
   • Require sign-in: Checked (ON).
   • Username: Your full email address.
   • SMTP Server: webmail.globalmcs.net
   • Port: 465 • Security type: SSL/TLS.
   Tap Next.
7. Select sync frequency and notification preferences, then enter your name as you would like it to appear on outbound emails. Tap Next / Done.
